Chain Tread

This chain tread will give your robot the ability to traverse almost any obstacle thrown at it.  The chain is hardened size 35 and pre-stretched to take out the initial stretching seen with new chain.  The kit includes 60 inches of chain (1 master attachment link, 79 middle links, and 80 attachment links), the standard blue Nitrile tread material for 80 tread pads and steel rivets to secure them down.  Full length assembled tread weighs 2.3lb.  For FRC type robots on carpet, approximate 1/4" drop center is recommended. These treads do take some work to put together so plan accordingly.  Your team will need multiple people on this to get the job done in a reasonable time.
